ZNF514 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 423 amino acids (1-400 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 48.3kDa.ZNF514 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Zinc finger protein 514 (ZNF514) is a member of the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. ZNF514 contains 7 C2H2-type zinc fingers and contains 1 KRAB domain. In addition, ZNF514 may be implicated in transcriptional regulation.
