ZNF346 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 317 amino acids (1-294) and having a molecular mass of 35.3 kDa.ZNF346 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. ZNF346 is a nucleolar, zinc finger protein which specially binds to double-stranded RNA or RNA/DNA fusions, instead of DNA alone. Zinc finger domains vital for dsRNA binding and essential for its nucleolar localization. ZNF346 takes part in cell growth and survival.
