THAP3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 262 amino acids (1-239) and having a molecular mass of 29.4kDa.THAP3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. THAP3 is an element of a THAP1/THAP3-HCFC1-OGT complex which is essential for the regulation of the transcriptional activity of RRM1. THAP3 is vastly produced in placenta, skeletal muscle and heart.

The THAP3 solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 50% glycerol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
