Recombinant Human Transcription Elongation Factor A (SII) -Like 1
Source : Escherichia Coli. TCEAL1 Human Recombinant fused with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (1-159 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.7kDa. The TCEAL1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Transcription elongation factor A protein-like 1 (TCEAL1) is a member of the transcription elongation factor A (SII) -like (TCEAL) family, which may function as nuclear phosphoproteins that modulate transcription in a promoter context-dependent manner. TCEAL1 is involved in transcriptional regulation. TCEAL1 is expressed in all tissues, especially highly expressed in the heart, ovary, prostate and skeletal muscle.
