Recombinant Human Transcriptional Adaptor 3
Source : Escherichia Coli. TADA3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 455 amino acids (1-432) and having a molecular mass of 51.3 kDa.TADA3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Transcriptional adapter 3 (TATD3) is a subunit of 2 histone acetyltransferase complexes, which functions as a component of the PCAF complex. TATD3 is a transcriptional activator adaptor that is also associates with the tumor suppressor protein p53 and is essential for full activity of p53 and p53-mediated apoptosis.
