Recombinant Human SHC-Transforming Protein 1
Source : Escherichia Coli. SHC1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 494 amino acids (1-474) and having a molecular mass of 53.8 kDa.The SHC1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. SHC1 is a member of the SH2 domain family. SHC1 is vital to the regulation of apoptosis and drug resistance in mammalian cells. SHC1 is a signaling adapter which links activated growth factor receptors to signaling pathway. SHC1 is found in neural stem cells but not in mature neurons.
