Recombinant Human RWD Domain Containing 1
Source : Escherichia Coli. RWDD1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 266 amino acids (1-243 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.3kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher) .RWDD1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RWD Domain Containing 1 (RWDD1) is a member of the RWDD1/GIR2 family. The RWDD1 protein protects DRG2 (developmentally regulated GTP binding protein 2), from proteolytic degradation. RWD domain refers to 3 signature motifs in proteins: RING finger, WD-repeats, and yeast DEAD (DEXD) -like motif. Current evidence proposes that RWD domain may be required for protein-protein interaction.
