Recombinant Human Related RAS Viral (r-ras) Oncogene Homolog

Source : Escherichia Coli. RRAS Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 235 amino acids (1-215 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.3 kDa. RRAS protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography. RRAS belongs to the Ras family which functions in signal transduction pathways. RRAS interacts with RASSF5, NCK1, Bcl-2, ARAF and RALGDS. RRAS binds GTP and GDP, and it has intrinsic GTPase activity. RRAS regulates the organization of the actin cytoskeleton
