Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1
Source : Escherichia Coli. RQCD1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 319 amino acids (1-299 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.7kDa. The RQCD1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RQCD1 is a novel transcriptional cofactor which mediates retinoic acid-induced cell differentiation. RQCD1 down-regulates MYB- and JUN-dependent transcription and may have a role in cell differentiation. RQCD1 also has a role in retinoic acid-controlled lung development.
