Recombinant Human Ribosomal Protein L26
Source : Escherichia Coli. RPL26 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-145) and having a molecular mass of 19.6kDa. RPL26 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ribosomal Protein L26 (RPL26) is a ribosomal protein which is a component of the 60S subunit (the large subunit of the ribosome) . RPL26 is a part of the L24P family of ribosomal proteins which is located in the cytoplasm. There are numerous processed pseudogenes of RPL26 dispersed through the genome as usual for genes encoding ribosomal proteins.
