Recombinant Human Regulator of G-Protein Signaling 19

Source : Escherichia Coli. RGS19 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 327 amino acids (1-217a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.7kDa.RGS19 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RGS19 is a member of RGS (regulator of G protein signaling) family and negatively regulates G protein coupled receptor signaling. RGS19 protein specifically cooperates with heterotrimeric GTP-binding protein G alpha i3 (GAI3) .
