Recombinant Human RAS-like, Estrogen-Regulated, Growth Inhibitor
Source : Escherichia Coli. RERG Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids (1-199 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher) . The RERG is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RERG is a 199 amino acid protein which localizes in the cytoplasm and is a member of the Ras subfamily of small GTPases. RERG is expressed in the pancreas, liver, skin, lung, brain, kidney and heart tissue. RERG is a vital mediator of diverse cell signaling pathways, including those leading to cell proliferation, cytoskeletal organization and secretion.
