Recombinant Human V-ral Simian Leukemia Viral Oncogene Homolog A
Source : Escherichia Coli. RALA Human Recombinant fused with a 24 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (1-203 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.8kDa. The RALA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ras-related protein Ral-A (RALA) is a member of the small GTPase superfamily, Ras family of proteins. RALA mediates a distinct downstream signaling pathway from Ras which facilitates cellular transformation. Furthermore, RALA is thought to be involved in various signaling cascades, including regulation of the cytoskeleton, vesicle trafficking, and endocytosis.
