RAB6A Human Recombinant fused with a 24 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 232 amino acids (1-208 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.1kDa. The RAB6A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB6A is a member of the small GTPase superfamily. RAB6A may be involved in protein transport. RAB6A is a regulator of membrane traffic from the Golgi apparatus towards the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and has a low GTPase activity.
