RAB22A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 214 amino acids (1-194 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24kDa.RAB22A is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ras-related protein Rab-22A (RAB22A) belongs to the RAB family of small GTPases. The GTP-bound form of the RAB22A interacts with early-endosomal antigen 1, and may be involved in the transferring of and interaction between endosomal compartments.
