Recombinant Human RAB1A, Member RAS Oncogene Family
Source : Escherichia Coli. RAB1A produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids (1-205.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.8kDa. RAB1A is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB1A belongs to the ras-related superfamily. Rab proteins have a central part in either in endocytosis or in biosynthetic protein transport. Rab1a protein controls vesicle traffic from the endoplasmic reticulum to the Golgi apparatus.
