Recombinant Human RAB10, Member RAS Oncogene Family
Source : E.coli. RAB10 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (1-200) and having a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa. RAB10 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB10, Member RAS Oncogene Family (RAB10) belongs to the Ras superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. RAB10 is a key regulator of endocytic recycling, particularly in the basolateral recycling pathways of polarized epithelial cells. It is required for the recruitment of CNT-1 to endosomal membranes in the intestinal epithelium.
