OLFM1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (34-135 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 14.3kDa.OLFM1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Olfactomedin 1 (OLFM1), also known as noelin, shares expansive sequence similarity with the rat neuronal olfactomedin-related ER localized protein. OLFM1 plays a vital role in regulating the production of neural crest cells by the neural tube.

OLFM1 protein solution (0.25mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer, (pH 7.5), 0.2M NaCl, 50% glycerol and 5mM DTT.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
