NUDCD2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids (1-157 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 20kDa.NUDCD2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NudC Domain Containing 2 also known as NUDCD2 contains 1 CS domain and interacts with LIS1. NUDCD2 regulates the LIS1/dynein pathway by stabilizing LIS1 with Hsp90 chaperone.
