Recombinant Human 5'-Nucleotidase Ecto (CD73)
Source : E.coli. NT5E (CD73) Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 247amino acids (27-252 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 27kDa. NT5E (CD73) is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NT5E, also known as CD73, is a plasma membrane protein which catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides into membrane-permeable nucleosides. NT5E is functions as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in NT5E can cause the calcification of joints and arteries.
