Recombinant Human Nuclear Receptor-Interacting Protein 3
Source : E.coli. NRIP3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 264 amino acids (1-241 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.4kDa. NRIP3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Nuclear Receptor-Interacting Protein (NRIP3) is a 241 amino acid protein which is encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 11.Diseases associated with NRIP3 include sarcoma, and acute myeloid leukemia.
