NDFIP1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Nedd4 Family Interacting Protein 1 (NDFIP1) is a part of a small group of evolutionarily conserved proteins having 3 ransmembrane domains. NDFIP1 is a possible target for ubiquitination by the Nedd4 family of proteins. NDFIP, which is a member of a family of integral Golgi membrane proteins, also modulates EGFR signaling through multiple pathways.

The NDFIP1 solution (1mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.1M NaCl.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
