Recombinant Human MAP3K12 Binding Inhibitory Protein 1
Source : Escherichia Coli. MBIP Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 367 amino acids (1-344) and having a molecular mass of 41.7kDa. MBIP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. MAP3K12 Binding Inhibitory Protein 1 (MBIP) is a part of the ATAC complex which consists of histones H3 and H4 with a histone acetyltransferase activity. MBIP inhibits the MAP3K12 activity in order to induce the activation of the JNK/SAPK pathway.
