Recombinant Human Linker for Activation of T Cells
Source : E.coli. LAT Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (28-233) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher) .LAT is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. LAT is a vital membrane protein that is phosphorylated by ZAP-70/Syk protein tyrosine kinases succeeding activation of the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signal transduction pathway. LAT is expressed in T lymphocytes in interstitial spaces, platelets and megakaryocytes.
