Recombinant Human Kirsten Rat Sarcoma Viral Oncogene, Isoform 2B
Source : Escherichia Coli. KRAS 2B Recombinant human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids (1-185 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.2 kDa. The Human KRAS 2B is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. KRAS is part of the small GTPase superfamily. A single amino acid substitution is accountable for an activating mutation. KRAS participates in various malignancies, including lung adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenoma, ductal carcinoma of the pancreas and colorectal carcinoma.
