Recombinant Human Integrin Beta 3 Binding Protein
Source : E.coli. ITGB3BP Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 239 amino acids (1-216) and having a molecular mass of 27.1kDa. ITGB3BP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Integrin Beta 3 Binding Protein (ITGB3BP1) is a broadly expressed protein which contains a DD1 or RepD1 domain and an LXXLL motif. ITGB3BP1 functions as a nuclear receptor coactivator while induced by estrogen. ITGB3BP1 is also relates with the CENP-A-CAD complex that is engaged in mitotic progression, the assembly of kinetochore proteins and chromosome segregation. ITGB3BP1 behave s as a transcriptional corepressor via its interaction with the NFKB1 NF-kappa-B subunit by interfering with the transactivation domain of NFKB1.
