HRSP12 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. HRSP12 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 157 amino acids (1-137 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.6kDa. The HRSP12 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. HRSP12 (UK114) is an endoribonuclease found mainly in the human adult kidney and liver, and which is responsible for inhibiting translation by cleaving mRNA. HRSP12 cleaves phosphodiester bonds only in single-stranded RNA. HRSP12 may be an important biomarker for heptatic carcinoma.
