HLA-F Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. HLA-F Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 307 amino acids (22-305a.a) and having a molecular mass of 35.1kDa. HLA-F is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I F (HLA-F) belongs to the MHC family which takes part in the presentation of antigens to the T cell receptor. HLA-F is a member of the class I molecules which are expressed in virtually all cells. There are 2 classes of HLA antigens. Class I molecules takes an important part in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from the endoplasmic reticulum.
