GOSR2 Recombinant Protein
Source : E.coli. GOSR2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 213 amino acids (1-190a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6kDa. GOSR2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Golgi SNAP receptor complex member 2 isoform A (GOSR2) is a part of the SNARE Protein family which consists of important trafficking proteins between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi and between Golgi subcompartments. GOSR2 is located near a locus implicated in familial essential hypertension, indicating that it is a potential candidate gene for this disease. GOSR2 exists as cytoplasmically oriented integral membrane proteins.
