GCHFR Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. GCHFR Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 107 amino acids (1-84a.a) and having a molecular mass of 12.1kDa. GCHFR is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GTP Cyclohydrolase I Feedback Regulator, also known as GCHFR, is a Protein coding gene which includes a homodimer. GCHFR binds and mediates tetrahydrobiopterin inhibition of GTP cyclohydrolase I. GCHFR also regulates phenylalanine metabolism in the liver and in the production of biogenic amine neurotransmitters and nitric oxide.
