FOPNL Recombinant Protein

FOPNL Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 194 amino acids (1-174) and having a molecular mass of 21.9 kDa.FOPNL is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. FGFR1OP N-terminal like (FOPNL) is a member of the FGFR1OP family and contains 1 LisH domain. FOPNL is participates in the biogenesis of cilia. FOPNL is extensively expressed and detected in the brain, heart, kidney, liver, lung, skeletal muscle, placenta and the intestine.

Components

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
