ETS2 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. ETS2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 489 amino acids (1-469 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 55.1kDa. ETS2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. V-Ets Avian Erythroblastosis Virus E26 Oncogene 2 (ETS2) is a transcription factor that regulates genes involved in development and apoptosis. ETS2 is also a protooncogene which takes part in regulation of telomerase. ETS2 protein's pseudogene is located on the X chromosome.
