DPH3P1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 101 amino acids (1-78 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 11.1kDa.DPH3P1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Diphthamide Biosynthesis 3 Pseudogene 1 also known as DPH3P1 may stand for a processed pseudogene of DPH3 since it lacks the exon/intron structure found in the functional gene. Yet, DPH3P1 does contain an intact open reading frame, though its translation has not been established.
