DCUN1D1 Recombinant Protein

Source : Escherichia Coli. DCUN1D1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 279 amino acids (1-259a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 32.2kDa. DCUN1D1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DCUN1D1 takes part in the malignant transformation of squamous cell lineage. DCUN1D1 protein regulates Gli1, a main regulator of the hedgehog (HH) pathway which takes a vital role in development, maintenance, and regeneration of practically all adult tissues.
