DCUN1D1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DCUN1D1 takes part in the malignant transformation of squamous cell lineage. DCUN1D1 protein regulates Gli1, a main regulator of the hedgehog (HH) pathway which takes a vital role in development, maintenance, and regeneration of practically all adult tissues.
