Source : Escherichia Coli. DAP Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 125 amino acids (1-102 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 13.6kDa.DAP is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Death-Associated Protein (DAP) is a proline-rich protein. DAP, which is a negative regulator of autophagy, takes part in the mediation of interferon-gamma-induced cell death.

Storage Conditions
