CNPY3 Recombinant Protein

Source : E.coli. CNPY3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 271 amino acids (31-278 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.9kDa. CNPY3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Canopy 3 homolog (CNPY3) is a 271 a.aToll-like receptor specific co-chaperone for HSP90B1. CNPY3 is necessitated for proper TLR folding, excluding that of TLR3, and so controls TLR exit from the endoplasmic reticulum. Therefore, CNPY3i s required for both innate and adaptive immune responses.

Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Components

CNPY3 protein solution (0.5mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
