CD34 Recombinant Protein
Source : E.coli. CD34 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 280 amino acids (32-290a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.7kDa. CD34 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CD34 is a single chain transmembrane glycoprotein which is selectively expressed on human lymphoid and myeloid hemapoietic progenitor cells.CD34 has been used to measure angiogenesis, which reportedly predicts tumor recurrence.
