CBFB Recombinant Protein

Source : Escherichia Coli. CBFB Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 182 amino acids (1-202 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.6 kDa. The CBFB is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. CBFB beta subunit is a heterodimeric core-binding transcription factor that is part of the PEBP2/CBF transcription factor family which controls a host of genes particulary to hematopoiesis and osteogenesis. CBFB is a non-DNA binding regulatory subunit which increases DNA binding by alpha subunit.
