C1QTNF4 Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Leu17-Leu329) containing a total of 319 amino acids, having a calculated molecular mass of 34.5kDa and fused to a 6 aa His tag at C-Terminus. C1QTNF4 serves as a pro-inflammatory cytokine, which induces the activation of NF-kappa-B signaling pathway and up-regulates IL6 production.

Storage Conditions
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
