Source : Bovine Hypothalamus. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Human & Mammalian Vascular Endothelial Cells at concentration of 0.1-0.3mg/ml of serum supplemented media & 0.01-0.1mg with heparin. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Hybridoma Cell Cloning at concentrations of 0.025-0.15mg/ml of serum supplemented media. Endothelial Mitogen can be used for Balb/C-3T3 Cells at concentrations of 0.2mg/ml of serum Supplemented media.

Components

The Endothelial-Mitogen was lyophilized from a concentrated solution containing 0.1M NaCl and 5mM NaH2PO4, pH-7.4.

Storage Conditions

Lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.

Applications Notes

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Endothelial-Mitogen Bovine Recombinant in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
