ARMC10 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. ARMC10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 304 amino acids (28-308 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 33.6 kDa.ARMC10 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. AMRC10 is a protein which contains an armadillo repeat and transmembrane domain. Upregulation of the AMRC10 gene has a role in hepatocellular carcinoma. AMRC10 decreases the transcriptional activity of the tumor suppressor protein p53 through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of p53, moreover it might play a role in cell growth and survival.
