ANXA3 Recombinant Protein

Source : Escherichia Coli. ANXA3 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 323 amino acids (1-323 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.3 kDa. ANXA3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. ANXA3 is an inhibitor of phospholipase A2. ANXA3 possesses anti-coagulant properties. ANXA3 cleaves the cyclic bond of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. ANXA3 is part of the annexin family which are members of the calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family that are involved in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. ANXA3 takes part as an anti-coagulation factor.

Components

The ANXA3 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-7.5, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) . Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
