ANG Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. ANG Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 144 amino acids (25-147) and having a molecular mass of 16.4 kDa.ANG is fused to a 21 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Angiogenin (ANG) is a part of the RNase A family. ANG is an extremely effective mediator of new blood vessel formation. ANG Cleaves tRNA within anticodon loops in order to produce tRNA-derived stress-induced fragments (tiRNAs) that inhibit protein synthesis and trigger the assembly of stress granules. ANG is also stimulates ribosomal RNA synthesis. The interaction with RNH1 in vivo regulates the Angiogenic activity.
