TAF10 Recombinant Protein

TAF10 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 158 amino acids (84-218) and having a molecular mass of 16.9kDa.TAF10 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TAF10 is a small subunit of TFIID which is related to a subdivision of TFIID complexes. Studies with human and mammalian cells verified that this subunit is mandatory for transcriptional activation by the estrogen receptor, for progression through the cell cycle, and is essential for several cellular differentiation programs.

Components

The TAF10 solution (0.25mg/mL) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 20% glycerol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
