GZMK Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. GZMK Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 261 amino acids (27-264 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 28.2kDa.GZMK is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GZMK is a part of a group of related serine proteases from the cytoplasmic granules of cytotoxic lymphocytes. Cytolytic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells have the outstanding ability to bind, recognize and lyse specific target cells. They defend their host by lysing cells bearing on their surface 'nonself' antigens, usually peptides or proteins resulting from infection by intracellular pathogens.
