GLYAT Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. GLYAT Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 316 amino acids (1-296) and having a molecular mass of 36.0 kDa.The GLYAT is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. GLYAT is a mitochondrial acyltransferase that conjugates glycine with acyl-CoA substrates in the mitochondria. GLYAT is vital to the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic acyl-CoA's.
