DTD2 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. DTD2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 191 amino acids (1-168) and having a molecular mass of 21.0 kDa. DTD2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus. DTD2 is e member of the DTD family. DTD2 protein hydrolyzes D-tyrosyl-tRNA (Tyr) into D-tyrosine and free tRNA (Tyr) as a defense mechanism against a harmful effect of D-tyrosine.
