RNAP 2 Recombinant Protein
Source : Escherichia Coli. NAP-2 Rat Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 62 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 6.8kDa.The NAP 2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand (CXCL7) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is a protein that is released in large amounts from platelets following their activation. It stimulates various processes including mitogenesis, synthesis of extracellular matrix, glucose metabolism and synthesis of plasminogen activator.
