NAP 2 95 a.a. Recombinant Protein

Source : Escherichia Coli. NAP 2 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 95 amino acids (35-128) and having a molecular mass of 10.3 kDa.The NAP 2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand (CXCL7) is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. It is a protein that is released in large amounts from platelets following their activation. It stimulates various processes including mitogenesis, synthesis of extracellular matrix, glucose metabolism and synthesis of plasminogen activator.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Components

NAP 2 protein 1mg/mL is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCL, pH-7.5, 1mM DTT and 10% Glycerol.

Storage Conditions

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) .Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
